Man! Ask and ye shall receive! I had asked Goat about his recipe for a Jimmy Dean clone because I'm also working on one and damned if that man didn't take the time to send me a sample of his spice mix, enough for five pounds! On top of that were 4 big chunks of venison jerky! Now that's going above and beyond the call. I'm going to have to return the favor but my mix probably won't be as good as his. I'll be mixing some up this weekend for sure. So Daryle you can expect a sample of my beef jerky in return and a rep point for ya too! Still wish you'd let me know exactly whats in that mix, but then it wouldn't be a secret anymore.

He's always so helpful and knows everything there is to know about sausage. Has his own meat kitchen and a Moose Saloon....something I wish I had. lol!

Jimbo, you should do a taste test on that seasoning first. You might not even care what is in it. Ha Ha!!

Cowgirl, you are too kind. I am just trying to learn about sausage making. There are a few on here that have a head start on me.
