Hello all... my name is Dennis and I live in Atlanta, GA. I like to think I am just barely above average in grilling and smoking. I have a GOSM wide body that is pretty awesome. I think this site is very cool and can't wait to get involved! Props to Jeff!

Glad to see more and more "Banderas" on here...think about this: I added a small 110v rheostat controlled convection oven fan inside...seems to keep my temps pretty even..., fan has no exposure to the outside and can withstand hi heat. I placed it in the coolest box location.... Makes it a convection oven. Now using less fuel (wood and lumps), same quality results, less time.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
