I wouldn't say that I'm new to smoking, but always looking to get better. I was born and raised in Mustang Oklahoma, I now live in North Carolina. My favorite thing to smoke is Brisket and favorite wood is Mesquite. If you know North Carolina then you know it's all about the pork here, but I am all about the beef!
