It's been a couple years since I have tested my two Maverick ET-732 thermometers so I decided while my salmon was room drying, that I'd do a test using my very nice Fluke digital thermometer.

Here's the stove top pot getting cranked up, using leads from each meter. The tips of the Maverick leads resides about a1/4" above the bottom of the pot. The brown wire belongs to the Fluke meter.

All in all, very happy we're all talking the same language still.
