    Hope this all comes out all right?

    In the begining

    brought some friends

    All dolled up

    On to the dance of the TBS

    Things really got heated

    End of the dance

    Last to leave

    Hope you enjoyed & it all!

    The tenderloin took abnormally long & seemed to be a little dry, but I wasn't able to sample till the next day? The eggs are just awesome. I think I'm going to try some with blue cheese

    Details, details...what did you rub it with? what temp did you cook to? I did a tenderloin only once and it came out terrible compared to what I get on the grill, so I haven't done it since. Yours looks tasty, so I'd love to have the details. The eggs do look quite yummy.

    Looks like a 1/2 loin to me! pork tenderloins are usually smaller and pretty small at the end.

    Capt, Your right, the thing was huge. Maybe thats why it took so long. There was suppose to be two in the package, cause I was telling my wife she gets to rub her first one cause she's bugging[​IMG]

    as for the rub? I'm not completely sure? my wife & i attened our first comp. this weekend & meet bbally. He had some small packects of rub that he gave me. I beleive it's some kinda asian infusion he said? What ever it was it was dang good. I smoked it close to 250 cause since I modified my little junker it won't hardly go less. Took it to about 150 internally. Like I said I didn't get to taste it till morning. Ithought it was a little dry, but tasty none the less
