Currently have 4 pork tenderloins on the smoker. They are about 1 lb each and have been rubbed with evoo and Brian's rub. We exchanged samples of our rub.

Those look great dawn. I guess you finished your rub. You definetly do eat well around your house. Keep up the great work

Excellent! We see alot of tenderloin in bacon here but not much just smoked. It is one of my favorite for sammies. Thumbs up!

The tenderloins turned out very good. Smoked them until the IT was 157, then foiled them while I prepared the rest of dinner. They were moist and tasted great.

The taste test results for Brian's rub is that there were 3

and one "pretty good" (from hubby). You've got a keeper there Brian.

Sounds like that Brian guy made a good rub. Looks great. Glad you liked it.

Great looking Q Dawn, thanks for sharing.

I've got one in the fridge I was planning on grilling for tonight...about how long did you smoke it for? Always grilled because it doesn't have enough fat...might wrap this one in bacon though.
