Sun. I want to smoke a tenderloin. The question I have is, I will be starting it with temps in the low 30's and maybe getting up to the mid 40's. Never had to worry about temps with the gas grill. Am I going to use allot more charcoal and wood to keep my temps up? I'm assuming I will so should probably pick up another bag of charcoal.
Thanks, Mark

Thanks Texas. Winds are supposed to die down tonight so that shouldn't be a problem.

Good luck with your smoke, daboys! Hope to see some q-vue. Although it's a tad chilly outside, hope the ski's are clear and the sun's shining!
