I've been using smoking meat forum for years but was never a member. I'm from Richland Wa. I love barbecuing and smoking meat. I like to challenge myself and cook different recipes I find. I use a pellet smoker right now (PitBoss). But I'm in the process of making a UDS (Ugly drum smoker). I look forward to chatting it up about smoking meats and different techniques.
