Super Bowl Pork Tenderloin W/Quick View

Doing 2 stuffed pork tenderloins for the game today.



First one is dusted on the inside with Spike and crushed Rosemary and stuffed with cooked apples and raisins,second one is dusted inside with Cains BBQ spice and stuffed with pepperjack cheese and baby spinach.

Got a few ABT's Ready to put on later have them stuffed with cream cheese that has bbq spice and garlic powder mixed in it and a little smokie stuffed in the middle,wrapped with half piece of bacon.

Every thing going perfect pulled out some Venison Sausage Hot Pepper Cheese and Crackers for the early birds.
