super bowl chicken legs

  1. i am going to smoke some chicken legs for the super bowl next weekend. so i decided to make a trial run to see how they would turn i marinaded them in a buffalo,creole butter and honey marinade.


    so i lit the smoker, and got it up to temp, until the liitle blue smoke started to appear.

    so i put some of tony chacheres creole seasoning, on them

    then i arranged them on the smoker with care

    so here they are all smoked up. i hope that they turn out as good next week as they were today, VERY GOOD. THANKS>

    Wow they look tasty! What type of wood did you use?
