Super bowl brisket and buffalo rub wings

    Started brisket flat at 7 am. Smoked at 200 till 2:30

    Pic taken at 2 pm. Temp at 152. Bumped pit temp to 230 to 240. Meat temp at 163. Trying to decide weather or not to foil or not

    Now to prep wings. Rub is a buffalo chicken rub. Trimmed wings, applied rub and letting them do their thing for awhile in the fridge

    Oh My, that looks like a perfect brisket cook and the wings look delicious!     You knocked it out of the park Jmud.

    Looks great bud.  Ya can't beat a nicely smoked brisket.
