Hey Smokers! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jim and I'm from Covington GA. I'm a very well seasoned grill vet but am new to the whole smoking scene. I can't wait to gather some of your experiences and knowledge into my repertoire. I'm getting ready to attempt to make my very first "propane" smoker so anyone who would like to give me any tips or advice it would be greatly appreciated. Until next time. Happy smoking!!!

Welcome to the site Jim.
If you are an experienced griller then the next natural step is smoking so you've made a tasty decision
