I asked my kids what they wanted for Sunday dinner and we agreed on tacos.

Here's 2 Instagram video of the cook.

Started with a chuck steak and chopped it up good. Seasoned with a little soy sauce and garlic salt.

    This was my set up

Added oil and put my meat and my salsa ingridients also.

Tortillas were dipped in the oil and meat juice from the Comal.

    Plated and ready to eat.

    Have a great week everyone.

Dang. If your kids get fed like that, how would you feel about adopting a fat, old Canadian?

definitely looks delicious, pretty awesome to have a pan that fits like that in your grill.

I'm hoping to make some shredded steak tacos out of a tri tip roast. Been checking out recipes for it.

Now I'm planning on trying the chuck route as well after seein your tacos. ha ha

Forgive me for I just have to add?

For the poor folks where I grew up?

If you think Taco Bell is a real taco?

Please check out the pictures Tonybel posted!

Also, if any rabbit food goes into a taco?  Try finely chopped cabbage instead of the ubiquitous lettuce.

The green stuff in Tonybel's pics is not rabbit food.  That there be cilantro which should be a required ingredient!

    Good luck and good smoking.

It's called a comal or comales. Amazon has them for $79 but I got this at my local flea market/swap meet.
