sunday smoke!

    got the new smoker up and running just in time for the first game.  threw a brisket in last night at about 8 pm and just took her out in time for the opening games.   gonna try something new every sundee.  thanks for all the tips and advice on building my smoker guys it was very helpful[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    i'm just letting em drip onto the concrete floor,  didnt figure it would do anything other than make it smell fabulous in there haha

    Well that's definitely a different approach.

    If I did that down here in Florida, I'd have every roach within 10 miles on my patio.

    You could use a baking sheet pan less of a clean up and you won't have a build up of grease ..just my 2 cents
