suggestions for crosscut beef ribs

    Looking for suggestions for some beef ribs we picked up at BJ's they are thin cut about 1" thick across the rack. Other wise I'll give them a rub and smoke with mesquite till done might be a little thin for a thermometer. Thanks for any ideas.

    they'll cook pretty fast, kiss them with as much smoke as you can and enjoy the mighty beef flavor - lots of goodness in 'em!
