Stuffed Pork Loin

    Fired up the Hasty Bake yesterday for an Italian stuffed pork loin.  Stuffed with some italian meats, cheese and spinach, seasoned with Parmesan and Hasty Bake Greek seasoningThe cook went better than expected, considering it was about 20 degrees and wind from the north at 20+mph. Held temp at 270-280 the whole time.

    D-Train looks good, I do almost the same thing and add a little Orange Marmalade as a glaze.[​IMG]
