Got a stuffed loin on using oak chunks. Cooking a 275.
Stuffed with this..
Nice oak smoke.
Resting in foil now.
Pulled at IT of 155.
Yup. Homemade apple pie filling.
Could have used more stuffing but overall very good.
Garlic bread with brocc in smoked butter.

I thought is was a nice mild flavor and gave a nice color.
I will use it again.
