    stovetop stuffing and cheesey taters 4 1/2 hrs in hickory and run a water pan at 225° foiled at 155° will try to get plated picss later.
    this depends on how well the beer flows [​IMG][​IMG]

    Nice Terry...I bet that is good....love me some stove top, wife hates it...Pass me a couple slices when done...

    Darn good looking loin.

    it went up to bout 162° in around 30 mins.
