Hi there. I'm registered here as The Stone Guy and I found this forum via a search for info On a vintage Berkel meat slicer I bought. Some day soon I will be building my double deck brick oven/smoker/hung duck oven for a little pizzeria I want to open,  and this old hand crank meat slicer fits the old world theme.

I'm a brick layer and stone mason by trade for many years in the Squamish/ Whistler B.C. area. and new oven designs are constantly ravaging my creative mind.

Anyhow, I found a fellow also new here who has the same meat slicer of the same era and we both will be resurecting them.

Thanks.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a nice but chilly day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
