Stay away from Weber T's

  1. I purchaced a Weber remote thermometer ($35)from a local store for checking grilled food temps. Used it twice and it stopped reading temp. Purchased another one recently thinking maybe I over heated the probe or something. Nope, I only used it three times and the same thing went wrong. Gotta love the "Made in China Crap". I just ordered two Taylor "classic" digital therms. I hope I have better luck with them. Anyone else having trouble?

Should have gotten an ET-73 two probes one unit. The best thing since ice cream.
  3. Ok, you talked me in to it. I just ordered one of those also. I let you know what I think.

My Polder quit, sent it back, it was within the warranty period. Still have yet to hear back from them, it's been about 2 months.
