Just got a cookshack electric smokette II and will try it for the first time this weekend. I would appreciate any advice you think I should know. My only outdoor cooking experience is a gas grill.....Thanks

Busboy, I'm not familiar with that particular cooker but I'm sure someone that has one will be along shortly. Be sure to season your smoker before your first smoke.
