    Soaked in apple juice all night witha little rub. Williams rib tickler. Put on at 250* with apple and pecan. 3-2-1

    Triggs recipe for wrap. Just pats of butter no squeeze, didn't wanna run out and get any, besides it is gone before next smoke anyway. Agave nectar (amber) instead of honey.

     Ready to eat. Bones pulled back nicely. Bride put some peach jam on for the wait. UMMMM UMMM GOOD! Oh on WSM
