St. Louis ribs Wednesday

    Turned out pretty good. modified 3-2-1 into 2.5-1-1 since I had a late start. Used a rub I mixed up with a bunch of stuff, then foiled with sugar, honey, butter, thai chilli sauce

    BTW if you have a problem with pesky flies, this thing is great and it helps pass the time. Shoots out a shotgun type spread of salt to kill flies and any other pesky bugs roaming. And I guess could be an interesting way to add salt to cooking. haha

    Nice looking ribs and smoker you got there!  where the hell you get one of them guns?!  That seems like a lot more fun than a swatter!
