St. Louis AFTER smoking?-

  1. Did this, and it seemed it was a lot less of a pain. That Brisket strip pulled right off the ribs. Then I slathered in sauce, broiled, slathered in sauce, broiled again.... and I was left with great ribs. Very pretty , great for presentation!
