Spun eye raost

    Saw this nice eye round roast so decided to give it a whirl in the Minitisserie! Was short on time so hot and fast cherry and KBB. took the roast to an IT of 135°. Simple SPOG for the rub.

    How'd it taste case? Was the SPOG enough seasoning? Looks similar to pork loin.

    Taste was great. It was a bit tougher than I like but it wasn't terrible.

    My wife always used to buy them for the crockpot, I'm glad I finally got her to stop! Looks pretty tasty I'll finish it for you!
