I've never even heard of it. Marzen beer? Is that over $12/30pk?

LOL, that was funny.......I don't care who you are or how much I've drank!

All jokes aside, thanks for the idea...................but it's not gonna happen tonight. Sounds good, real good! But not here. Sorry man.

lol the marzen beer is simply a medium (sam adams summer wheat, honey brown etc.) the mango chutney (or just a mango) ya can get in the deli @ wally world. or...... just pour some salsa on the plate & grab a budweiser...

I'm looking at doing something of an Asian flavor on one of my first racks. Maybe a mix of Honey, OJ, Soy or Teryaki sauce and sesame seeds. All are readily available and except for sesame seeds you may have it all already. Not sure about the OJ, but all of the above makes a good poultry glaze. You might want to leave it out.... who knows.

when you pull you spares out of the smoker, cut them at three bones if babybacks or two bones if not. and f mix you favorite cajun spice with some flour, and lightly dust them and drop them intoa deep fryer for two minutes for bbs or tthree and a half for spares and tell me what you think. if youre a little bit hesitant to try your whole rack, then just try one or two. this produces a really nice crust and sttill very tender inside., i do smoke-frys all the time and thats what my friends and family like best. wildcat

LOL, gypsy! Guess I don't pay much attention when I go to wal-mart.

I might just have to heat up some oil and try some ribs like that. Anything dipped in hot oil is good!

road hog, sounds good. sounds good in stir fry.

I just found some jobs to do, so this "trial" may be cut off short. If I have time tomorrow I'll try those ideas........except gypsy's.......gotta go 30 miles to wal mart. Too lazy.
