I just put the ribs on to the terra cotta smoker. The ribs were rubbed with salt and dark brown sugar. They should be done in 6 - 7 hours. The recipe for the sauce follows.

Texas pit sauce:
10 oz. ketchup
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 - 3 Tsp spicy brown mustard
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbl finely grated onion
1/4 Tsp dried thyme
1/4 Tsp ground chile d'arbol pods or ground cayenne pepper
1 Tsp Tabasco sauce
1/3 cup water
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Place the above ingredients into a non-reactive sauce pan. Stir to combine. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, cut the heat, and simmer until thick.

Thanks for the Recipe kheper.

Be sure to post some qview of the ribs when you can...

The sauce does sound good and yes don't forget the Qview of the ribs please.
