Soy protein v. Filler

    Hi guys, if I was going to use soy protein concentrate in my next batch of sausage would I use a filler/rusk too?

    Not that adept at sausage making yet myself but personally I haven't used any fillers yet or run across many recipes that call for it. Just giving this a 'bump' for you in case a real sausage head cruises by...Willie
     
  3. Depends on the type of sausage you're making and your personal preference.
    I don't use either.
