Hey y'all,

Just moved up to Maine from Louisiana. Been a long time bbq/grilling enthusiast and wanted to get into smoking for a while now, and as I posted over in the charcoal forum, that moment is next Sunday! I'm getting a WSM 18.5 for my birthday. Planning a bird and butt for my first smoke. Any tips or advice always appreciated. You have a great community here and I look forward to contributing my own Q-view soon enough! Thanks for all the help and advice.
