here we go then

yesterday evening
I took bacon ,turkey fillet and rub



I cut turkey into strips,mix with rub



my first bacon woven



twisted tukey in a sausage with bacon
in the refrigerator for one night ,until today

The last 10 min I have removed the water pan

it was verrry nice

Now that looks awesome there Treegje. I like the weave very nice and tight too. I saw dan do something like this with sausage and it looks fabulous and did much of the rub flavor with all that surface area that got covered??I thought I have seen this before you did it a couple of days ago but without the bacon. This time it does look better with the bacon weave but it still seems like it would be very good eating too.
 
That looks really good. I've done fatties before but this looks very interesting. We eat a lot of turkey, so always looking for new ways to do it.
 
Wow! You have done it again! Very nice idea, it looks absolutely great.
I have got to give this a try, need to make sure to save this and your last thread with the turkey twisting pictures.
