I injected it with some cajun injector creole butter, and I put some different spices on it.

I used apple juice instead of water and sprayed it with apple juice every few hours.

When I took it out, it wasn't done to the wife's liking. We put it in the crock pot over night on low. tasty. We made sandwiches out of it.

Looks great.

I actually kinda goofed on it. I should have kept it in the smoker longer.

Looks edible to me.

Hey live and learn.
All that means is next time you will tweak a little here or there till you are happy with it.

I do agree that it looked tasty.

We all do it and thats how we learn is to smoke it and if you don't like it you eat it and do it alittle differantly the next time. It's a live and learn kind of hobby.

I couldn't pass it up. I thought the slow cooker would dry it out, nope.

The next one will be much better----Maybe even perfect!

This is why we take copious notes.
What did I do wrong?---What did I do right?----What will I change next time?-----Bingo, this one is perfect!!!
