Some thighs.

    Grabbed some thighs today and figured it would be a great dinner.
    Rubbed them with some brown gravy........ Just seeing who's paying attention. My rub is in that container.


    Pulled them off at *160 and put under the broiler to crisp the skin up. Tender and juicy like always. I love me some thighs.

    Those thighs do look good! Nice job with the "brown gravy " 😉
