Hi guys new here been serfing around and great info. my question is Im going to smoke two birds in the same smoker in the morning its a brinkman charcoal gourment does it mater which bird to put the weber Audio digital thermometer in ( the top or bottom bird ) or does it matter. will one cook a littler faster than the other since it is closer to the heat source? I have smoked quite a few birds before but only one @ a time on the top shelf and I dont want to over cook one of them. heres a pic of my smoker. thanks for any info.
