Smoking Pork Steaks

    Any suggestions on smoking pork steaks, ie methods, temps, etc.? Any info. is greatly appreciated.

    By temperature. 160 minimum - it's pork!

    Rub if you wish, spritz with apple juice and eat. It's just a thinner piece of pork. I'd do them at a slightly higher temperature say 300 if your not cooking anything else. Being thin they dry out fast if you go low and slow. I like to sear them first on the fire then smoke em.
