Smoking in Mississippi!!!

hey guys.....came across this forum yesterday.....love it...ive been doing a good bit of smoking over the last 4-5 years using a master built upright electric smoker....i love it....however, I have never been really pleased with the amount of smoke it puts out....so I purchased just a basic offset grill/smoker the other day and I am learning to smoke using charcoal....this site has been great...

I did my first smoke job over charcoal last night with some boneless chicken breast, and they turned out fantastic....gonna try ribs today....
