Hello all!
Live in the great state of Tennessee and been smoking for about a year now.
Bought a Masterbilt 30" about a year ago to see if I liked smoking and turns out I love it. This site has been awesome for info and getting setup so I appreciate everyone for that.
Good news...just bought a 22.5" WSM yesterday! Really pumped about it and happy to have a smoker big enough to handle almost anything now. Going to put a few smokes on it before over the next few weeks then trying my hand at a full brisket for the 4th weekend. Should be fun.
