Smoking butts on Traeger

Smoked butts overnight while sleeping well.
It is at 190 or so and 12 hours so time to pan, cup of apple juice, and foil


Just a smoking

Time to pull it off, 14.5 hours and 204 Internal Temp

Sure is juicy

Wife pulling it and putting it in food saver.

I was very impressed with the wife part. If I had one that would do that, I would smoke pork every weekend.

That looks jam up there. I like the butts and you did them while you sleep I just cann't sleep with something smoking outside even if it's gas and contained I just cann't sleep. But I'm and you are glad you can.
