Hey everyone! Just joining the community here. I'm from talllahassee fl. it's about 6:45am and I've been at it since 4. Gotta couple of butts on,6 racks of ribs to follow and about 40 chicken thighs. I have a fairly large offset smoker i use and love. Cherry wood man here and the occasional oak. Anyhow, looking forward to learning some new things!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a wet and humid day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Thanks y'all! They turned out pretty good. Didn't take into consideration though that it was 95 here today and very low humidity which is not common for here. A touch dry but i don't think anyone but me has noticed. My own worst critic.
