Been sitting around here for a couple of wks. Trying to learn all that I can
this is one of the best site for smoking and learning about brine and all the others good stuff. I have a Bradley and it is one the best smoker that I've
owned. Ya'll kept up all the good advice.

Nice to hear that, Butch..really! Sometimes I think yer bang-on with the lost art thing. But then again... I'm WAY north of the M/D line LOL!
 
Welcome to the SMF. looks like you're ready for some fun! As far as Smokin' a lost art... I actually think that it is in a revival stage, based on the amount of folks joining the SMF. And I might add that these new members are not just from the continental United States, we have members from across distant oceans. It's all good my friend.
 
Welcome to the site. Hope to hear you post about the bradley smokers. Not alot of them here on the site. I have seen them and they seem like a good unit. I am just not sold on the pucks being only sold from bradley. But thats just me. Show us some q-view too.
