Jeff had that in the news letter last year I believe.Scored the bologna coet with mustard and seasoning then smoke
Is there a certain internal temp or time to cook or temp to cook at?

Go to "How to BBQ right". Malcolm Reed smokes a lot of bologna, I've smoked it and it's good.
You know, I never just smoked one. I do love a chub of bologna scored and thrown on the BBQ pit. Mope some sauce on it when it expands, ZOMG! That's good stuff.
I certainly want to hear how this comes out, should be great.
