Smoking 4 birds this weekend. QView inside.

    New to the site and thought id share my QView for tommorow starting with the prep from tonight.

    The top 2 are Kicked up lime with basil and the bottom 2 are butter, herb and EVO.

    Got some ribs too for tommorow so i got them happy also.

    And the pics were taken before i finished up making them happy, as you can see they are cold from not enough seasoning.

    tahks for looking, will post more when I get it all going tommorow.

    3 hours in and ready for foil on the ribs.

    Very nice! I like the idea of using lime and basil on chicken, yum! Thanks for sharing!

    I'm going for chicken and ribs this weekend for my first smoke in the new smoker.  Did you brine the chicks?
