    These are my beautiful tri tips about to hit the ECB temp is at 275 its time[​IMG]

    date and time is not right lol just noticed it[​IMG]  oh well

    I smoked these a bit longer than i would like to because my prego wife does not like pink meat [​IMG]

    I wrapped in foil with some butter and a lil apple juice for 1hr and sliced it up [​IMG]

    This tri tip was excellent omg. And I threw some butter mayo and parm cheese with a lil mexican chili and salt on some corn and chowed down

    I love this site and the people here. I have learned alot. A month ago I was almost gonna give up on smoking, but found this site and a star was born... lol. This tri tip and the one last week and the sexy pork butts and ribs I have been smoking is a tribute to the good work being done here. THANK YOU!!!!!

    A modded ECB with a river country temp gauge and a maverick et732 is a deadly combination for smoking some great meat without breaking the bank oh yeah and who can forget about SMOKING MEAT FORUMS [​IMG]

    Tomorrow I will be firing up the ECB again. I have chuckie in the fridge rubbed down and wrapped that wants to come out and play.[​IMG]
