Finally figured out how to post pics without the houses' walls reverberating with the call of "Laura, I need help again", or "Laura, the camera aint doin what you said it would"! (wateryeyes knows my abilities).

But anyway, Sat afternoon smoke. Chicken stuffed with apples, skin loosened. Rosemary with some rub underskin, then EVOO'd with more rub. Hog tied and smoked to 167. ( after pulled, wrapped in foil to stay warm)

Stuffed fatty with flame roasted peppers and onions, grated sharp cheddar cheese, rolled in TJ's rub

Chunked onions, peppers, zucchini, summer squash.... salt, pepper, garlic, EVOO....smoked.

Great Job Buster!

Laura loves them too! Depending how soft you want them....I like mine with some crunch, the mrs likes hers soft. Did these for about 45 min....stirring them about every15 min. Figured Laura could nuke hers to her likeness.

Pig, upload them to a place like http://photobucket.com/ Then size them to forum size. Then copy the URL Link of the picture. Then on our forum when posting you can click on the yellow square with the mountain in it, there are two , choose the one towards the left, if you hold your cursor over it it will say insert image. past your URL in that, click OK and you will get a picture like this in your post . sorry I can't help you with thumbnails

He fancies himself a judge of good BBQ....at least after he gets some learnin under his belt.

Pics are better......they could be a bit bigger.....but they are definitely better than postage stamps.
