( after pulled, wrapped in foil to stay warm) Stuffed fatty with flame roasted peppers and onions, grated sharp cheddar cheese, rolled in TJ's rub Chunked onions, peppers, zucchini, summer squash.... salt, pepper, garlic, EVOO....smoked.
