On the left is the '75 model ECB, AKA "The Geezer", nice huh? A classic.
In the center is my GOSM 3005C Charcoal Smoker, basically a square ECB
On the right is the grand prize GOSM 3405BGW Gasser I won at The Gathering

I am ready to season the GOSM 3405BGW and smoke something! One thing getting smoked for sure is a batch of ABT's. I've got 2 slabs of spares and a 10 lb. bag of leg quarters in the freezer. Local market sale ad comes out tomorrow, might catch something on sale. We'll see.
I will post pics of the first smoke soon as it happens.
