I am needing to get a new smoker for my backyard.  I have always used the offset smokers.  What would be a good smoker that wont break the bank.  I am looking at the Oklahoma Joes smoker.  Is that good smoker or what other smoker would you suggest. Thanks

The Oklahoma Joe's at Walmart look real good to me. Much heavier gauge steel than I would have expected.

Thats what I was thinking to.  Just wasnt sure what anyone thought.

Take a look at the Old Country Wrangler at Academy Sports. They're pretty thick and well made at that price point. I like the baffle and the exhaust location. All it needs is a convection plate or tuning plates and you're ready to go.
