Big time rookie from Washington state sounding off. So glad to have found this website. Grilling in general always intimidates me. Guess it is because I don't practice enough so when I do cook on the grill it is a crap shoot to how things will turn out. That is why I hate cooking on the grill for guests. That all being said, I've been seeing the demonstrations on QVC for the MES and have mentioned to my wife that I'd like to try it out. Never followed through with getting one but this year she surprised me with it for Father's Day. Trying it out for the first time with ribs. Hope they turn out.
