Smoked trout

  1. Brine kosher salt, maple syrup, honey, sugar, chili powder, makers mark bourbon whiskey, garlic clove, dash of Tabasco, and water.

    Hickory chunks and charcoal

    I forgot to take pictures of all the steps, next time for sure though..
