14 lbs. Smoked it for 7 hours. I covered it with butter and seasoning before I put it in. Heat was at 190 for 1 hour and at 225 for the next 6. This is my first bird! Woo Hoo!

If I did wrong, I'm sorry, but I still don't understand this deal where you can't compliment a guy, without joining a club you aren't interested in joining.
