Just smoked up 2 "ready to cook" hams that I will be reheating Thursday for different gatherings I'll be attending.

Injected em with plenty of maple syrup.

Then I trimmed off the skin and fat and rubbed the outside with a mix of maple syrup and honey. The AMNPS was lit at both ends with a mix of hickory and apple. All went in to the MES. Temp was 225.

Basted with honey/syrup mix a few times during the smoke. They were taken off as they hit 150. They picked up some nice color.

Hey chorizo,

I didn't time these but here's a link to some times I've had. http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/108964/another-sunday-ham-with-q-view  I've had em take anywhere from 7-10+ hours for 10 lb hams. I think the 8 lb hams finish in 5-6.

Thanks.  I will probably put it on around 9 p.m. tonight.  Need it ready by 7 a.m., so that should be ok.  Just worried about the cold here in Denver.  I have a ECB with an electric attachment.  I hope mine turns out as good as yours looked!
